摘要
蓝帆化工含氟废水氟离子平均浓度在25 mg/L,利用传统的钙盐沉淀法对其进行处理难以达到排放标准,并且加入过多钙盐会对后续处理过程产生影响。现采用络合絮凝沉淀法对该废水进行处理,先采用聚合硫酸铝等对废水进行处理,后加入聚丙烯酰胺絮凝并过滤,出水氟离子平均浓度降至1 mg/L以下,达到氟离子浓度的排放标准。该方法处理工艺简单并可以长时间稳定运行,实现该废水的稳定达标排放。
The average concentration of fluoride ion in the wastewater from chemical manufactures such as Lanfang Chemical Group is up to 25 mg/L.In such case of wastewater treatment,the discharge standard will be difficult to achieve if the conventional calcium salt precipitation method is adopted,not to mention that too much calcium salt will cause scaling in the subsequent treatment process.In this paper,we adopted the complexation flocculation sedimentation method to deal with the wastewater.After polyaluminum sulfate was first applied in this treatment method,polyacrylamide was added to flocculate and filter,as a result,the average concentration of fluoride ion in the wastewater was reduced down to below 1 mg/L,completely meeting the required discharge standard.This presented method is simple and can run stably for a long time to realize the stable discharge of the wastewater.
