摘要
研究了改性膨润土在各种不同条件下对含氟废水的处理效果。对于浓度为31.9mg/L的含氟模拟废水,在不同土量、不同温度、不同pH值、不同Cr3+浓度改性等条件下对吸附效果的影响做了研究。结果表明,用2g在300℃下焙烧2h并经3%的铬溶液浸泡24h后的膨润土,在温度为25~30℃,pH为5~6的酸性环境下搅拌60min后处理100mL含氟废水最好,去除率可达84.1%,剩余浓度为5.07mg/L,远低于国家一级排放标准(10mg/L)。
Have studied modifying bentonite to the treatment result including F- waste water under all kinds of terms in this thesis. Waste water including F- of 31.9mg/L under different soil amount, different temperature, different pH value, different Cr3+ density influence of result make a series of study. Result indicate, roast 2h and soak bentonite that 24h in 25~30℃ with 2g by 3% Cr3+ under 300℃, pH from 5 to 6 and 60min after treatment include F- to be waste water best, the getting rid of rate can be up to 84.1%, the surplus density can reach 5.07mg/L.
