CT引导下三维腔内后装放疗对中晚期宫颈癌的治疗作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下三维腔内后装放疗对中晚期宫颈癌的治疗作用。方法选取2017年1月—2017年12月南京医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的中晚期宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,共50例。将患者随机分为常规组和研究组,每组25例。常规组行常规腔内后装放疗,研究组经CT引导下实施三维腔内后装放疗。比较2组患者的疗效、适形指数和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的临床疗效和适形指数显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组急性毒性反应发生率与常规组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者时,建议在CT引导下实施三维腔内后装放疗,该法不仅疗效确切,而且治疗安全,精准度更高。 Objective To investigate the effects of CT-guided three-dimensional intracavitary brachytherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to December 2017 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into two groups(n=25):a conventional group and a study group.The conventional group underwent conventional intracavitary brachytherapy,while the study group received CT-guided three-dimensional intracavitary brachytherapy.Both groups were compared for their therapeutic effectiveness,conformal index and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the study group presented remarkably improved clinical effectiveness and conformal index,compared with the conventional group(P<0.05).Furthermore,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of acute toxicity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions CT-guided three-dimensional intracavitary brachytherapy is a recommended approach in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,which is safe and effective,with high accuracy.
