摘要 为某机械吊舱内光学设备和电子设备提供合适的工作温度,针对环控装置内部环境控制的问题,提出一种基于STM32微处理器为核心,多通道温度和湿度数据同步采集的方法。采用PT100测量每个设备的工作温度,通过继电器控制加热片和制冷片实现温度和湿度的调节。同时加入PID控制算法,双向控制半导体制冷器,提高系统的控制精度,为红外相机提供稳定的温度。通过RS422接口接收控制信号和数据上传。现场安装调试验证,控制系统能够满足多通道数据采集和控制,与上位机通信正常,数据传输抗干扰能力强,实现吊舱温度和湿度的实时控制和远程监测。 In order to provide suitable working temperature for the optical and electronic equipment in a mechanical pod,aiming at the problem of the environmental control device internal environment control,a method based on STM32 microprocessor as the core,multi⁃channel temperature and humidity data synchronous acquisition is proposed.PT100 is used to measure the working temperature of each device,and the temperature and humidity are adjusted by controlling the heating piece and the cooling piece through the relay.At the same time,PID control algorithm is added to control the semiconductor cooler in two directions to improve the control accuracy of the system and provide stable temperature for the infrared camera.Receive control signal and data upload through RS422 interface.Field installation and debugging verify that the control system can meet the requirements of multi⁃channel data acquisition and control,normal communication with the upper computer,strong anti⁃interference ability of data transmission,real⁃time control and remote monitoring of pod temperature and humidity.
