摘要
为了获得轿车机械式自动变速器(AMT)电控系统在不同工况下的整车性能参数数据,基于总线技术建立了AMT整车测试环境试验平台,利用总线技术结合传感器信号采集系统对整车进行测试分析。结果表明:利用外加传感器模式,采用基于总线技术可实现对AMT整车性能参数的数据同步采集,设备在不同采样频率下所采集数据的精确度也不同,同时可提高汽车电子控制技术课程的教学效果。
In order to obtain the data of vehicle performance parameters with AMT electronic control system under different working conditions,to make students understand the comprehensive evaluation methods of parameters,functions and performance of AMT electronic control system and the whole vehicle,and to improve students?engineering application ability and ability to solve practical problems,an AMT vehicle test environment test platform is established based on bus technology.Bus technology and sensor signal acquisition systems are used to test and analyze the whole vehicle.The experimental and practical results show that the data of AMT vehicle performance parameters can be collected synchronously by using the external sensors and the bus technology.The accuracy of the data collected by the equipment under different sampling frequency is also different.The teaching effect of the automobile electronic control technology course can be improved simultaneously.
