摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分析宋康教授治疗风咳的用药规律,总结风咳的辨治思路与用药经验。方法收集2018年1月—2019年12月浙江中医药大学附属第一医院宋康教授门诊的风咳病例,建立方剂数据库,分别进行用药频次统计、关联规则分析、熵聚类分析。结果共纳入方剂373首,涉及药物144味,确定药物频次与关联规则,获取常用药物组合156个,挖掘新处方11首。结论宋康教授治疗风咳谨遵分期论治原则,急性期予以宣肺止咳、祛风止痒、缓急利咽等法,缓解期以益肺健脾补肾、祛除"宿风"为要,将祛风药贯穿始终。
Objective To analyze professor SONG Kang’s medication rule in treating wind cough on the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(V2.5), and summarize his therapeutic method and medication experience in treating wind cough. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, wind cough cases in professor SONG Kang’s outpatient department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were collected. The prescription database was established, and medication frequency statistics, association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis were conducted respectively. Results A total of 373 prescriptions were included and 144 drugs were involved. The drug frequency and association rules were determined, 156 commonly-used drug combinations were obtained, and 11 new prescriptions were mined. Conclusion Professor SONG Kang treats wind cough according to the principle of stage therapeutics. In the acute stage, it is necessary to treat wind cough by ventilating lung for relieving cough, dispelling pathogenic wind for relieving itching and relieving throat disorder. In the remission stage, the methods of benefiting lung, invigorating spleen, tonifying kidney and dispelling "latent wind" were used. Throughout the course of the disease, wind-dispelling drugs have been applied.
