摘要
申春悌教授认为,咳嗽变异性哮喘属"风咳"范畴,邪内伏于肺、正气亏耗是风咳缠绵难愈和反复发作的核心病机,瘀、虚为内邪,为风咳证之本,风为外邪,为风咳证之标,多因外邪引动伏邪而发病。其病位在咽喉、气管、肺络。祛风化瘀,降气止咳为该病治疗大法,申教授创立抗敏镇咳方,主张用药轻平,若属发作期则重视治标,以疏风肃肺,抗敏镇咳;若属缓解期则兼顾治本,以祛风活血,扶正固本。
According to Professor Shen Chun-ti,cough variant asthma belongs to the category of "wind cough".The core pathogenesis of lingering and recurrent wind cough is latent pathogen in the lung and deficiency of healthy qi.Blood stasis and deficiency are the internal pathogenic factors,which are the basis of wind cough syndrome.Wind is the external pathogenic factor,which is the manifestation of wind cough syndrome.Most of cough variant asthma is caused by external pathogenic factors.The location of the disease is in the throat,trachea and lung collaterals.Dispelling wind and removing blood stasis,descending counterflow of qi and relieving cough are the treatment principle.Professor Shen has made Prescription for Resisting Allergy and Arresting Cough,advocated the use of medicinals with light and mild nature to relieve cough.For the disease in the attack stage,we should pay attention to treating branch causes to disperse wind and keep lung-qi descendant,resist allergy and arresting cough.For the disease in the remission stage,we should take into account of treating the root and branches causes together to dispel the wind,activate blood circulation,strengthen genuine qi and consolidate the constitution.
