摘要
目的确定玉米须中无机元素的含量及其分布特征,为中药材玉米须的品质评价和质量控制提供实验依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对10批玉米须样品中26种无机元素的含量进行全定量分析,从元素组学的角度建立其无机元素特征图谱,并采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件对其进行聚类分析和主成分分析评价其特征元素。结果宏量元素中K的含量最高,为16 436.57~19 599.22 mg/kg;微量元素中锰(Mn)含量最高,为27.22~36.19 mg/kg;主成分分析选出3个主因子,得出玉米须的特征元素为铝(Al)、钛(Ti)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co);聚类分析将10批玉米须样品聚为四大类,不同批次玉米须中无机元素的含量与产地等因素存在相关性。结论全定量分析法可用于玉米须无机元素的含量测定,主成分分析法和聚类分析法可对玉米须的品质进行全面综合评价,为玉米须资源的开发和利用提供参考。
Objective To study the contents and distribution characteristics of inorganic elements of Maydis Stigma,and to provide an experimental basis for the quality evaluation and control of Maydis Stigma.Methods The contents of 26 inorganic elements in 10 samples of Maydis Stigma were quantitatively analyzed by the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method,the feature prints of inorganic elements were established from the perspective elements of group.SPSS 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis and principal component analysis to evaluate its characteristic elements.Results Among the macro elements,the content of K was the highest,with the content of 16436.57-19599.22 mg/kg.Among the trace elements,the content of Mn was the highest,with the content of 27.22-36.19 mg/kg.Three principal factors were selected by principal component analysis,and the characteristic elements of Maydis Stigma were Al,Ti,V,Cr,Fe and Co.The results of cluster analysis showed that the ten samples of Maydis Stigma could be clustered reasonably into four groups,and the contents of inorganic elements of Maydis Stigma were related to the producing area and other factors.Conclusion The overall quantitative similarity method can be used for the content determination of the inorganic elements of Maydis Stigma.The principal component analysis and cluster analysis can be used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Maydis Stigma,and provide theory reference for the development and utilization of Maydis Stigma.
