摘要
目的研究集成式心理护理干预在玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物患者围术期护理过程中的应用效果。方法将2018年4月至2019年4月进行玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗的84例患者纳入研究,记为干预组。另取从2017年3月至2018年3月进行玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗的84例患者作为对照组。其中对照组实施常规护理干预,干预组则在对照组的基础上增用集成式心理护理干预。比较2组ETDRS视力改善情况,治疗前后心理状态变化情况,不良反应发生情况,患者满意度情况。结果治疗后干预组及对照组ETDRS视力评分均高于治疗前,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后干预组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集成式心理护理干预应用于玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物患者围术期护理过程中,可显著改善患者的视力及心理状况,降低不良反应发生风险,提高满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effects of integrated psychological nursing intervention in perioperative nursing process of intravitreal injection with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)drugs.Methods A total of 84 patients who received intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs from April 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled as intervention group.At the same time,the other 84 patients who received vitreous injection of anti-VEGF drugs in our department from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled as control group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in intervention group,on the basis of control group,were treated by integrated psychological nursing intervention.The visual acuity improvement staus,and the changes of psychological state,the incidence rate of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the ETDRS visual acuity scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,moreover,which in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the satisfaction degree of patients in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated psychological nursing intervention in perioperative nursing process in patients undergoing intravitreal injection with anti-VEGF drugs can significantly improve the vision and psychological status of patients,reduce the risk of incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
