摘要
目的探究生活希望计划结合家庭赋权干预对女性脑肿瘤手术患者负性情绪、希望水平的影响。方法选取南京医科大学附属南京医院2021年4月至2023年4月收治的80例女性脑肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施生活希望计划结合家庭赋权干预,比较两组护理前后正性负性情绪量表(PANAS)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分。结果护理后,观察组PANAS中正性情绪评分、HHI评分高于对照组(P<0.05),PANAS中负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生活希望计划结合家庭赋权干预可减轻女性脑肿瘤手术患者负性情绪,提高其正性情绪水平和希望水平。
Objective To explore the effect of life hope plan combined with family empowerment intervention on the negative emotions and hope level of female patients with brain tumor surgery.Methods A total of 80 female patients with brain tumor surgery in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received life hope plan combined with family empowerment intervention on the basis of the control group.The positive and negative affect scale(PANAS)score and the Herth hope index(HHI)score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of positive emotion in PANAS and HHI of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of negative emotion of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Life hope plan combined with family empowerment intervention in the nursing of female patients with brain tumor surgery can reduce their negative emotions,improve their positive emotions and hope level.
