摘要
目的:研究分析右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼术后镇痛对经腹子宫切除术患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月博兴县人民医院收治的经腹子宫切除术患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组单用舒芬太尼治疗,观察组采用右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼治疗,比较2组疗效和睡眠质量的差异。结果:观察组PSQI评分、疼痛评分更低,且镇静评分更高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于经腹子宫切除术患者而言,右美托咪定与舒芬太尼复合能够发挥良好的镇痛作用,同时还可以显著改善患者睡眠质量。
Objective:To study the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on sleep quality of patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,70 patients with transabdominal hysterectomy admitted to Boxing County people′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil to compare the difference of curative effect and sleep quality between the two groups.Results:The score of PSQI and pain in the study group were lower,and the score of sedation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil can play a good role in analgesia and improve the sleep quality of patients.
