摘要 某厂1号汽轮机1号轴承发生过多次振动超过报警值,严重影响机组的稳定运行。利用机组停备期间进行了1号轴承检修工作,通过对轴瓦紧力、轴瓦间隙、洼涡中心、瓦枕接触、盘车转子联轴器中心等数据进行检查,制定了检修方案。汽轮机1号轴承检修后,1号机启动正常,带负荷运行振动正常。 The No.1 bearing of the No.1 steam turbine of a plant has experienced multiple vibrations exceeding the alarm value,which seriously affected the stable operation of the unit.The No.1 bearing was overhauled during the shutdown period of the unit,and the overhaul plan was formulated by checking the data of bearing bush tightness,bearing bush clearance,vortex center,bush contact,and turning gear rotor coupling center.After the No.1 bearing of the steam turbine was overhauled,the No.1 unit started normally,and the vibration was normal under load.This time,during the shutdown of the unit,professionals were organized to discuss the preparation of maintenance plans and formulate effective measures,which successfully dealt with the large vibration defect of No.1 bearing and eliminated the major equipment hazards of the unit.At the same time,it is also valuable for other similar units to face such problems Reference signifi cance.
