摘要
介绍了浙江北仑第三发电有限公司超超临界1 000 MW机组7号机4号瓦振超标的故障及其特征,发现引起振动的根本原因是轴瓦支承垫块的球面与轴承支架圆柱面接触不良,给此类机组异常振动的诊断及处理提供了可靠的依据。
The over standard vibration fault and the characteristics of No.4 bearing bush of No.7 turbine in 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit of Zhejiang Beilun No.3 power generation Co.Ltd were introduced.It was found that the basic cause for vibration was that the spherical surface in bearing bush cushion block and the cylindrical surface in bearing support were in poor contact,which provided reliable basis to diagnose and deal with the abnormal vibration in such kind of units.
