嵌合抗原受体修饰T细胞治疗肝细胞癌研究进展

摘要 嵌合抗原受体修饰T细胞(CAR-T)疗法是一种新型免疫疗法,其在恶性血液肿瘤及实体瘤治疗方面已取得显著疗效。CAR-T细胞治疗肝细胞癌(HCC)的相关研究也相继开展。HCC治疗试验中常用的CAR-T方案有GPC3 CAR-T细胞、MUC-1 CAR-T细胞、EpCAM CAR-T细胞、anti-CEA CAR-T细胞,部分研究中已显示出较好效果,但具体疗效尚未明确。目前CAR-T细胞归巢到肿瘤部位并发挥作用受到多种因素制约,仍需从多方面改进CAR-T治疗策略。
