摘要 为客观反映出行便捷性,构建涵盖铁路、公路、民航、城市客运以及换乘衔接等全方位的出行便捷指数,综合考虑数据可获取性、重要性等因素,选取了铁路、公路、民航、城市客运和综合衔接等5方面的14个具体指标的出行便捷指标体系,提出了14个指标的数据获取途径和计算方法,用极差正规化法对各评价指标进行无量纲化处理,通过专家打分法对指标赋予权重,计算出出行便捷指数。进一步,用北京、天津等36个中心城市进行出行便捷指数实例分析,得出36个中心城市的出行便捷指数。结果表明,上海、北京、广州、深圳等一线城市的出行便捷性较高,拉萨、西宁、银川等西部中心城市出行便捷性较差。 In order to objectively reflect the travel convenience,a comprehensive travel convenience index(TCI)covering railway,highway,civil aviation,urban passenger transport and transfer connection is constructed.Considering the data availability,importance and other factors,14 specific indexes of railway,highway,civil aviation,urban passenger transport and comprehensive connection are selected.Data acquisition and calculation method for these indexes are proposed.The range normalization method is used to deal with these evaluation indexes dimensionless.The expert scoring method is used to give the weights of these indexes and calculate the travel convenience index.Finally,36 central cities such as Beijing and Tianjin are used to analyze the travel convenience index,and the travel convenience index of 36 central cities is obtained.The results show that the first tier cities in Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou and Shenzhen are more convenient,while the western central cities such as Lhasa,Xining and Yinchuan are less convenient.
