摘要
小微企业为我国经济发展做出巨大贡献,但由于信息不对称,难以对小微企业进行精准信用评级,导致小微企业融资难问题长期存在。随着大数据技术的发展,基于大数据进行信用评级成为可能。文章对基于大数据信用评级存在的困难和原因进行分析,并总结了基于大数据进行信用评级的优势。随后以数据可获取性和数据可用性为信用评级指标体系构建原则,从企业发展潜力、企业发展环境、企业经营者信息、企业行为合规度等四个方面,设计了小微企业信用评级指标体系,并采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,精准划分了小微企业信用等级,构建了小微企业信用评级模型。实证分析表明模型较好反映了企业的实际现状,能够有效实现企业信用评级。
Small and micro enterprises have made significant contributions to China’s economic development.However,due to information asymmetry,it is difficult to conduct accurate credit ratings for small and micro enterprises,which make it difficult for small and micro enterprises to finance.With the development of big data technology,it is possible to conduct credit ratings based on big data.This paper summaries the current difficulties and reasons based on big data credit rating and analyzes the advantages of credit rating based on big data.Then the article focuses on data availability and data availability as the construction principles of the credit rating index system,and designs the credit rating index system for small and micro enterprises from four aspects of enterprise development potential:enterprise development environment,enterprise operator information,and enterprise behavior compliance degree,and then the paper uses AHP to determine the weight of each index,accurately divides the credit rating of small and micro enterprises,and constructs the credit rating model for small and micro enterprises.Empirical analysis shows that the model better reflects the actual situation of enterprises and can effectively realize the credit rating of enterprises.
