摘要 目的探究区块链技术在疫情防控中的应用,为疫情防控提供信息技术支撑。方法分析区块链技术应用于疫情防控的必要性与具体做法,并着眼区块链技术自身局限性进行关键性问题探讨。结果在疫情防控过程中,宜采用联盟链,区块链技术在居民疫情信息的可信存证、远程医疗服务和医疗保险智能运行方面具有重要作用。结论区块链技术有助于个人隐私信息保护、提高信息流转效率、降低医保运营成本,但区块链应用的落地仍存在部分关键性问题有待解决。 Objective To explore the application of blockchain technology in epidemic prevention and control and provide support for epidemic prevention and control regarding information technology. Methods The application of blockchain technology in epidemic prevention and control regarding the necessity and specific practices were analyzed, and key issues surrounding the limitations of blockchain technology were discussed. Results Consortium blockchain was considered the optimal choice during epidemic prevention and control. Blockchain technology played an essential role in the trusted storage of residents’ information about epidemics, telemedicine services, and intelligent operation of medical insurance. Conclusion Blockchain technology helps to protect personal privacy information, improve the efficiency of information circulation, and reduce the operating cost of medical insurance.Yet, there are still some key issues to be solved in the implementation of the blockchain application.
