摘要
为规范有序推进全省远程医疗服务体系建设,优化医疗资源配置实现优质医疗资源下沉,提高医疗服务能力和水平江西省卫生健康委通过强化顶层设计、探索试点先行、搭建全省平台、制定配套政策等一系列举措,大力推行远程医疗服务,但远程医疗在推广过程中仍存在建设标准不一、配套政策不够完善、医务人员积极性不够高等方面的问题。课题组从江西省远程医疗服务体系的建设现状出发,研究了建设中存在的问题及困难,并提出了发展策略。
To advance the remote medical service system construction,optimize allocation of medical resources,allot high quality medical resources,improve the medical service ability and level,the Health Commission of Jiangxi Province enhanced the top-level design,explored some pilot projects,build a provincial platform,formulate supporting policies to advance the remote medical treatment service,but during the process of advancing the remote medical treatment service there still exist problems such as different standards in construction,imperfect supporting policies,lack of enthusiasm among medical workers. The research group studied the problems and difficulties in the construction of Jiangxi provincial telemedicine service system,and put forward the development strategy.
