摘要
本科生细胞生物学实验课存在教学内容陈旧、学时少、学生对实验准备参与度低、考核方法简单的不足,从调整实验教学内容和学时数、改进实验教学方法和优化考核方案等方面着手,对《细胞生物学》实验课进行改革。改革后的细胞生物学实验课程能更好地调动学生学习的积极性,提高学生的实践动手能力和创新力,满足新时代高等教育人才培养及“双一流”学科建设的需要。
Given the problems such as outdated teaching contents,credit hour shortage,few involvement of students in laboratory preparation,and inadequate assessment methods in Cellular Biology laboratory course,reform was conducted from the aspects as adjusting laboratory teaching contents and credit hour,improving teaching method and optimizing assessment scheme.Teaching methods after reform can efficiently stimulate students'enthusiasm to study and enhance their hands-on ability and creativity.Therefore,the reformed teaching methods can better meet requirement of higher education for cultivation of talent of high quality and construction of Double First-class Disciplines.
