摘要
为改善温差发电模块热端输入不均匀的现象,在原始圆筒式汽车尾气温差发电装置中添加合理厚度的导热油。以温差发电效应为理论基础,以汽车尾气参数为数值基础,通过Fluent模拟分析0~20 mm厚度导热油情况下横向、纵向温差发电模块的均匀性系数、模块热端温度分布情况。结果表明,10mm厚度导热油可以发挥最大化蓄热作用,有较高温度均匀性系数0.97,较无导热油有3.7%的提升,且热端中心高温区域面积最大,整体上可提升热电模块热端温度均匀性。
In order to improve the temperature unevenness of the hot end of thermoelectric power generation module,a reasonable thickness of heat conduction oil was added to the original cylinder type automobile exhaust thermoelectric generator.Based on the temperature difference power generation effect and vehicle exhaust gas parameters,the transverse and longitudinal uniformity coefficient of 0~20 mm heat conduction oil and hot end temperature distribution of thermoelectric power generation module were numerically simulated by Fluent software.Results show that the 10 mm thickness conducting oil has a maximum heat storage effect with temperature uniformity coefficient 0.97,which has a 3.7%rise compared with no conduction oil cases.Furthermore,the central high temperature area is expanded and the overall hot end temperature uniformity is improved.
