柴油机气缸排气温度与排气管关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 长期以来,气缸排气温度被看作是表征气缸内热负荷的参数;各气缸排气温度不相同,被认为是各气缸工作不平衡的反映。在探清真正标志气缸内热负荷的主要内涵,及在各气缸工作平衡的条件下所测得的气缸排气温度也不应相同的机理后,将获得对排气温度的正确概念。这对指导分析柴油机性能和设计增压系统具有重要意义。 Exhaust temperature has been symbolized as thermal load parameter in cylinder for a long time. The difference of exhaust temperature is considered as thermal load unbalance among cylinders. After substantial implication which symbolize really as thermal load in cylinder and mechanism in which exhaust temperature measured under the condition of thermal Ioad balance among cylindeIs should also be different are verified, the true concept about exhaust temFerature could be obtained.There will significantly be meaningful for analysing diesel engine performance and designing turbocharged system.
