摘要 本文对自制大孔球形纤维素磁性阳离子交换树脂(PSC-CAM)用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜及红外等分析手段对其成分和结构进行了鉴定和分析,同时利用紫外可见分光光度法研究了大孔球形纤维素磁性阳离子交换树脂(PSC-CAM)的耐酸、碱的性能及其磁化前后交换容量的变化。结果表明,所制备的PSC-CAM内部的磁性物质为FeFe2O4,且在PSC-CAM的孔道及表面分布得相当均匀。这类树脂在碱性和中性盐溶液中具有较高的稳定性,此外树脂的磁化过程几乎不影响其交换容量。 The porous spherical cellulose cation exchange resin was home-made.The structure and the properties of magnetic resins were analyzed and test by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The results shows that the magnetical material in PSC-CAM was FeFe2O4, and distributed uniformly in the pore and the surface of the PSC-CAM.At one time, the stability of magnetic resins in acidity,alkali and the exchange capability of common resins and its magnetic resins were studied by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. It was shown that magnetic resins are very steady in alkali solution,but not in acidic solution; The exchange capability of common resins and its magnetic resins have no obvious difference.
