摘要 综述了毛蕊花糖苷抗肿瘤机制的研究进展,毛蕊花糖苷通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、分化及逆转其多药耐药等多重机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。研究显示毛蕊花糖苷也在肿瘤的化学预防中发挥着重要作用。 This paper reviews the progress of research on the anti-tumor mechanism of verbascoside,focusing on its anti-tumor effect by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,invasion and migration,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,differentiation and reversing its multidrug resistance.In addition,the research shows that verbascoside also plays an important role in the chemoprevention of tumor.
