摘要
随着互联网、大数据技术在金融行业的应用,金融服务下沉,金融混业化趋势进一步加剧,市场对复合型金融人才的需求越来越急迫。高职金融专业应该借鉴先进国家的金融人才培养模式,积极开发以素质为导向,以综合金融服务技能为核心的课程体系。文章结合用人市场需求,借鉴国际先进职业资质证书培养模式,针对中外合作高职综合金融专业人才知识能力体系以及开设相关课程情况展开调研并分析,提出建设性建议。
With the application of Internet and big data technology in the financial industry,financial services are sinking,the trend of financial mixed industry is further intensified,and the market demand for compound financial talents is more and more urgent.The financial major of higher vocational education should learn from the financial personnel training mode of advanced countries,actively develop a curriculum system with quality as the guide and comprehensive financial service skills as the core.Based on the needs of the employment market and the training mode of international advanced professional qualification certificate,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the knowledge and ability system of comprehensive financial talents in Chinese foreign cooperative higher vocational colleges and the relevant courses,and puts forward constructive suggestions.
