摘要
"新三明治"人才培养模式的核心是"工学结合、学做合一",将"做中学,学中做"贯穿于人才培养的整个过程,在专业人才培养方案制订、课程体系设置、项目化课程开发、课堂教学实施的每一个环节都体现学做合一。杭州职业技术学院金融保险专业基于"新三明治"人才培养模式创建了"重构课堂、联通岗位、双师共育、校企联动"的高技能人才培养路径。
The core of the ＂new sandwich＂ talent cultivation model is ＂working and learning combination and integration of learning and doing＂,integrating ＂learning in doing and doing in learning＂ into the whole process of talent cultivation,and to manifest integration of learning and doing in each step of talent cultivation plan making,curriculum system setup,program curriculum development and classroom teaching implementation.The financial insurance specialty of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College has created the high skilled talents cultivation pathway of ＂reconstructing classroom,smoothing posts,dual-qualification teachers cultivation and school-enterprise driven＂,which enhanced the talent cultivation quality.
