摘要
新时代对高校教师信息化教学能力的发展提出了新的要求,针对高校教师信息化教学能力发展过程中存在的意识不强、培训体系缺乏系统化、相关机制不健全等问题,提出建立完善发展机制、开展系统化培训、鼓励教师参与发展项目等策略。
The new era puts forward new requirements for the development of college teachers'informatization teaching ability.Aiming at the problems of low awareness,lack of systematization of the training system,and imperfect related mechanism in the development of college teachers'information teaching ability,this paper puts forward strategies such as establishing and improving the development mechanisms,carrying out systematic training,and encouraging teachers to participate in development projects.
