摘要
三河口水利枢纽工程建设中的碾压混凝土上下游变态混凝土是大坝防渗的第一个关口,浇筑工程量较大,浇筑质量的控制尤为重要。通过构建混凝土振捣加浆监控系统,落实混凝土浇筑质量施工措施,可以有效地监测管理各环节施工过程,控制施工质量,保证混凝土浇筑质量的均质性、均衡性、连续性与整体性。此系统应用效果良好,可为类似工程提供参考。
The upstream and downstream metamorphic concrete of RCC in the construction of Sanhekou Water Conservancy Project is the first step for dam seepage prevention.The pouring amount is large,and the control of the pouring quality is particularly important.The concrete pouring quality construction measures are implemented through the construction of the concrete vibrating and slurry monitoring system,the construction process of each link is effectively monitored and controlled,and the construction quality is controlled to ensure the homogeneity,balance,continuity and integrity of concrete pouring quality.The system has good application effect.The paper also provides some reference for similar projects.
