摘要
随着我国水利工程建设数量急剧增多,工程建设过程中一些深层次矛盾和诸多难点问题逐渐凸显。以贵州省夹岩水利枢纽工程为例,梳理了当前水利工程建设管理阶段存在的若干问题,并对其进行了分析探讨,提出了相应的对策和建议。对其他大型水利工程建设管理有一定借鉴。
As the number of hydroelectric projects surges,some deep-rooted contradictions and problems during the project construction and management begins to emerge and becomes prominent.Taking the Jiayan Hydro-com⁃plex Project as example,this paper presents several problems existing in the construction and management stages,and gives a detailed analysis.Corresponding measures and suggestions are also proposed.This paper has certain val⁃ue of providing reference and enlightening effect for other large hydroelectric projects.
