摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗老年血管性痴呆(VD)患者的效果及对认知功能、事件相关电位的影响。方法选取平顶山市第一人民医院收治120例老年VD患者,采用随机数字表分为联合组和对照组各60例;2组均给予基础治疗措施+盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,联合组患者同时给予瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗;对比治疗前后2组患者的血脂指标、认知功能相关评分、事件相关电位(ERP)指标、临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的血清TG、TC、LDL-C测定值均低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组的HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组MMSE评分、MoCA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的MMSE评分、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组的N1、N2、P2、P3潜伏期及P3波幅测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的N2、P2潜伏期测定值低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组的P3波幅测定值高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组的显效率53.33%、有效率41.67%优于对照组显效率33.33%、有效率56.67%、(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐联合瑞舒伐他汀钙可进一步调节老年VD患者的血脂及促进ERP参数恢复,从而改善其认知功能水平。
Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with vascular dementia(VD),the impact on patients'cognitive function and event-related potentials.Methods 120 elderly VD patients in our hospital were selected and divided into a combined group and a control group of 60 patients using a random number table;both groups were given basic treatment measures+donepezil hydrochloride,and patients in the combined group were treated with rosuvastatin at the same time;comparative the blood lipid index,cognitive function related score,event-related potential(ERP)index and clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum TG,TC,HDL-C,and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum TG,TC,and LDL-C values of the combined group were all lower than in the control group(P<0.05),the HDL-C of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in MMSE score and MoCA score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the MMSE score and MoCA score of the combination group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the measured values of N1,N2,P2,P3 latency and P3 amplitude between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the measured values of N2 and P2 latency of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the measured value of the P3 amplitude of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the effective rate of the combination group was 53.33%and the effective rate was 41.67%.It was superior to the control group with a significant rate of 33.33%and an effective rate of 56.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride combined with rosuvastatin calcium can further regulate the blood lipids of elderly patients with VD and promote the recovery of ERP parameters,thereby improving their cognitive function.
