摘要
从羁縻统治到流官政治,南方地区“改土归流”有着独特的发生逻辑。文章基于“南方道路”的思考,将土司制度与“改土归流”置于时代背景下,从地理、文化、经济、军事等方面分析认为:土司制度与南方分散、自给的文化传统相适应,却与大一统的理念相悖;白银货币化与“摊丁入地”减轻了封建依附关系,动摇了土司统治;土司地区独特的地势、民风、交结关系、僭越行为等又构成了对中央王朝的威胁。在“改土归流”的进程中,中央王朝在不同地区的实践产生了不同的效果、教训与经验,为民族地区的管理提供了借鉴。
From Jimi governance to flowing officer politics,there is specific happening logic in the"bureaucratization of native officers"in South China.Based on the thinking of"South Road",the paper puts the the chieftain system and"bureaucratization of native officers"into the age background,analyzing and believing from aspects of geography,culture,economy and military affairs and other aspects that:the chieftain system adapts to the cultural tradition of being distributed and self-supporting in the south,but it is inconsistent with the idea of unification;the monetization of silver as well as"taking Ding Yin as part of the land tax"reduce the feudal dependence relation and shake tusi′s governance;the special topography,folk customs,relations and arrogation of tusi area constitute a threat to the central dynasty.During the process of"bureaucratization of native officers",there are different effects in the practice of the central dynasty in different areas,and the lessons and experience offer reference for the management of ethnic areas.
