摘要
中药治疗肿瘤具有多方位、多靶点、不易产生耐药性等优势,已成为抗肿瘤新药研究的重要方向。多种清热药具有抗肿瘤作用,包括清热泻火药、清热燥湿药、清热解毒药、清热凉血药、清虚热药共5类27种。基于药物归经理论,提出在辨证论治的前提下,确立清热解毒的治法后,参考肿瘤器官分类法,选用入脏的清热药;根据疼痛部位所属循行经络,选药治疗癌性疼痛;结合解剖部位、发热特点、其他兼证,确定关键归经,选药治疗癌性发热;归经用药,可使药物作用直达特定部位,治疗放疗、化疗所致不良反应等。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been an important research direction for anti-tumor medicinals,because of its advantages in tumor therapies such as multi-directional,multi-target regulation and it is less likely to develop resistance.There are a variety of anti-tumor heat-clearing medicinals,including clearing heat-fire medicinals,clearing heat and drying dampness medicinals,clearing heat and removing toxicity medicinals,clearing heat and cooling blood medicinals and clearing asthenic fever medicinals,involving five sorts and 27 herbs.Based on channel tropism theory,it is proposed that under the premise of syndrome differentiation and treatment,after establishing the treatment of clearing heat and detoxification,referring to the classification of tumor organs,the clearing heat medicine should be selected upon the related viscera;selecting the medicine to treat cancer pain according to the channel of the painful location;combining the anatomical location,fever characteristics,concurrent syndromes,the key to the channel tropism is determined,drugs are selected to treat cancerous fever;the channel drugs can directly reach a specific site,and treat adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
