基于数据挖掘技术探究多发性硬化证素及用药规律研究 被引量:6

Study on syndrome elements and medication rules of multiple sclerosis based on the data mining technique

摘要 目的运用数据挖掘技术探究多发性硬化病位及病性证素分布和用药规律。方法对自建库起至2020年3月之前的中国知网期刊数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库进行检索,建立病位及病性证素、核心用药和随证加减用药信息的Excel数据库,运用SPSS 20.0进行频数统计和SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Clementine 12.0软件进行关系网络模型、聚类分析等数据挖掘分析。结果共纳入文献102篇,涉及中药处方162条。通过频数分析筛选出病位证素5种、病性证素12种,病位证素出现频率最高的前2位依此是肾、脾,病性证素出现频率最高的前3位依次是阳虚、血瘀、阴虚;关联规则研究得出病性要素与核心用药规律35条,核心用药配伍规律16条,临证用药加减配伍规律24条。结论运用数据挖掘技术系统总结了目前文献中报道的多发性硬化病位和病性证素及用药规律,以期为临床辨证精准治疗和进一步的科学研究提供数据支撑。 Objective To explore the syndrome elements’distribution and medication rules of multiple sclerosis by data mining technique.Methods The CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database before March 2020 were retrieved.The information Excel database of disease location,disease nature,core drug use and its modified was established.SPSS 20.0 was used for frequency statistics.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 were used for data mining analysis,such as relational network model and cluster analysis.Results A total of 102 documents were included,involving 162 herbal prescriptions.Through frequency analysis,5 syndrome elements of disease location and 12 syndrome elements of disease nature were screened out.The first 2 syndrome elements of disease location with the highest frequency were kidney and spleen,and the first 3 syndrome elements of disease nature with the highest frequency were yang deficiency,blood stasis and yin deficiency,respectively.By studying association rules,these were obtained,including 35 syndrome elements of disease nature and core drug use,16 compatibility rules of core drug use,and 24 compatibility rules of clinical modified drug use.Conclusion The data mining technology was used to systematically summarize the syndrome elements of disease location and disease nature and medication rules of multiple sclerosis reported in the current literature,so as to provide data support for clinical syndrome differentiation,precision treatment and further scientific research.
