摘要
目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)重建的手术方式,分析比较全内技术单根半腱肌移植固定的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2019年1月关节镜下重建军人ACL断裂45例,其中传统技术组22例,全内技术组23例。对2组手术时间、移植物直径、术后疼痛、1年随访时膝关节功能评分等进行比较分析。结果术后随访1年,2组手术时间及术后疼痛方面差异无统计学意义,尽管2组移植物直径存在差异,但从术后1年随访时膝关节主观IKDC评分及Lysholm评分来看,2组疗效差异无统计学意义。结论全内技术双悬吊固定是行之有效的ACL重建方法,切取单根半腱肌既能满足重建的需求,又能保留部分腘绳肌功能,适合于对重返运动有一定要求的患者。
Objective To explore surgical methods for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction in military personnel,and to compare clinical outcomes of the new treatment method.Methods Forty-five military patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture who underwent surgical reconstruction under arthroscopy were enrolled for study,and were divided into the traditional technique group(n=22)and the all-inside technique group(n=23).Surgical time,graft diameter,postoperative pain and subjective IKDC and Lysholm scores were analyzed and compared between the patients of the 2 groups.Results The patients had 1-year medical follow-up,and results indicated that there was no statistical significance in surgical time and postoperative pain,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups.Although there were differences in graft diameter,there was no statistical significance in subjective IKDC and Lysholm scores at 1 year medical follow-up.Conclusion Double suspension fixation with all-inside technique is an effective method for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,which is suitable for patients with the desire to return to sport exercise.
