摘要
目的:探究高强度抗阻训练(High Load)和低强度抗阻结合加压训练(Low Load+BFR)对老年人股四头肌围度和膝关节屈伸力量的影响。方法:以加压训练肌肉力量和横截面积以及下肢相关的英文关键词通过EBSCO(Medline、CINAHigh Load、Sprotdiscus)、EMBASE、Pubmed、Web of science数据库进行相关文献检索,将文献导入endnote X9,利用Review Manager对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:(1)Low Load+BFR组与High Load组相比,High Load对肌肉横截面积(P=0.65)和膝关节屈伸肌力(P<0.05)的影响均优于Low Load+BFR;(2)Low Load+BFR组与无运动对照组(Control)相比,Low Load+BFR对肌肉横截面积、膝关节屈伸肌力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与Low Load相比,High Load可能会引起更大的肌力和肌肉横截面积的增加。但是与Low Load与Control相比,Low Load+BFR运动确实显著提高了肌力和肌肉横截面积,这表明Low Load+BFR是一个有效增加肌力和肌肉横截面积的方法,适用于老年人、骨骼肌肉损伤患者、宇航员等因肌肉萎缩而不能承受高强度抗阻训练的人群。
Objective:to probe into the influence of high load and low load+BFR exercise to old people’s quadriceps femoris dimension and knee-joints’bend and stretch strength.Method:to retrieve keywords of pressure training,muscular strength and cross section and lower limbs from databases of EBSCO(Medline,CINA High Load,Sprotdiscus),EMBASE,Pubmed,Web of Science,and then use Review Manager to analyze these documents with Meat by endnote X9.Results:(1)the effect of high load to muscular cross section(P=0.65)and knee-joints’bend and stretch strength(P<0.05)is better than low load+BFR;(2)the effect of Low Load+BFR to muscular cross section and knee-joints’bend and stretch strength was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High load can cause bigger muscular strength and wider muscular cross section than low load;and Low Load+BFR can better increase muscular strength and broaden muscular cross section than,which indicates Low Load+BFR is an effective way to increase muscular strength and broaden muscular cross section for amyotrophy people who cannot bear high load exercise such as the aged,patients with skeleton and muscle injured,and astronauts.
