三棱镜联合感知觉训练对未经手术间歇性外斜视的临床效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨三棱镜与感知觉训练治疗未经过手术治疗的间歇性外斜视的临床效果。方法间歇性外斜视患者60例,治疗前需要检查患者的斜视度、3级视功能、近立体视,检查后在三棱镜基础上进行感知觉训练,比较患者治疗前后斜视度、融合范围以及立体视功能的变化。结果患者治疗后6、33 cm斜视度明显小于治疗前,辐辏功能明显强于治疗前,治疗后≤60患者远立体视比较(+)比例明显高于治疗前,远立体视(+)明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗前后分开功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三棱镜联合感知觉学习在间歇性外斜视患者双眼视功能的改善上取得了明显的临床效果,患者日常眼位控制能力有了明显的提高,值得临床大力推广使用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of triangular prism and sensory training in treatment of intermittent exotropia without surgical treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients with intermittent exotropia who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were enrolled in the study.Before treatment,the strabismus degree,3 class visual function,near stereopsis of patients were examined,then,based on the triangular prism,the sensory training was performed.The changes of strabismus degree and fusion range and stereo visual function were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results The 6cm and 33cm strabismus degree of patients after treatment was significantly less than that before treatment,however,the vergence function after treatment was obviously stronger than that before treatment,moreover,the proportion of patients with far stereo visual function being≤60"(76.67%)was significantly higher than that before treatment.There was no significant difference in the separating function of patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The triangular prism combined with perceptual learning can obviously improve the binocular visual function in patients with intermittent exotropia,and improve the daily eye position control ability of patients,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
