“导师制人才培养模式”下体育教育专业学生对导师的期冀研究 被引量:1

Research on the Expectation of Students Majoring in Physical Education for Their Tutors Under the Tutorial Training Model

摘要 以西南林业大学体育教育专业学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,在导师制培养模式下,调查学生对导师的满意度、学生期冀从导师处获得的指导内容以及导师应具备的素质和能力。调查结果显示,导师制人才培养模式下学生对导师的课外交流指导需求最低,更期待能从导师处获得就业技巧与方向、为人处世等的帮助指导。依据调查结果,提出高校采用导师制培养模式时,应注重对学生综合能力的培养和提升。 A questionnaire survey was adopted for the students majoring in Physical Education in Southwest Forestry University under the tutorial training model.Researches were conducted on students′satisfaction with tutors,the guidance that students hope to get from their tutors and the qualities and abilities that tutors should have.The survey results indicated that under the tutorial training model,students have the lowest demand for the tutor′s extracurricular communication and guidance,and they expect to get help and guidance from the tutor for employment skills and direction,as well as social ability.According to the above,it is proposed that when universities adopt the tutorial training model,they should focus on the cultivation and promotion of students′comprehensive ability.
