摘要
目的调查本科实习护生人文关怀能力现状,为提高本科实习护生的人文关怀能力提供相应依据。方法于2019年11月采用方便抽样的方法选取在某三甲医院实习的130名本科实习护生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的一般情况问卷和关怀能力评价量表调查护生人文关怀能力得分,分析不同特征本科实习护生人文关怀能力。结果本科实习护生人文关怀能力总分为(182.49±14.86)分,各维度由高到低依次为认知维度、耐心维度、勇气维度。本科实习护生CAI各维度得分与国外常模评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、是否为班干部、不同性格、是否与父母关系亲密、对护理专业不同态度的本科实习护生CAI得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否为独生子女、不同家庭所在地、对实习环境的评价的本科实习护生CAI得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本科实习护生人文关怀能力处于偏低水平,低于国外常模评分。对于本科实习护生,女生、班干部、性格外向、与父母关系亲密和喜欢护理专业的人文关怀能力得分高。医院和学校应该制定好相关的人文关怀能力培养方案,激发本科实习护生对人文关怀知识的兴趣,且本科实习护生自身也要重视人文关怀能力的培养,提高自身的人文关怀能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students and to provide theoretical basis for improving the humanistic care ability of nursing students in undergraduate practice.Methods In November 2019,a convenient sampling method was used to select 130 undergraduate nursing students who were intern in a tertiary hospital as the survey subjects.A self-designed general situation questionnaire and a caring ability evaluation scale were used to investigate the scores of nursing students'humanistic care ability,and the differences were analyzed.Characteristics of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.Results The score of humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students was(182.49±14.86)points;Comparison of CAI score and international norm score of undergraduate nursing students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in CAI scores of undergraduate nursing students with different genders,whether they are class leaders,different personalities,whether they are close to their parents,and had different attitudes toward the nursing profession(P<0.05);whether they were the only child and different family locations,there was no statistically significant difference in the CAI scores of undergraduate nursing students in the evaluation of the internship environment(P>0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students is at a low level,which is lower than the score of foreign norms.For undergraduate nursing students,girls,class leaders,outgoing personality,close relationship with parents and humanistic care ability who likes nursing major score high.Hospitals and schools should formulate relevant humanistic care ability training programs to stimulate undergraduate interns'interest in humanistic care knowledge,and undergraduate interns themselves should also pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic care capabilities and improve their own humanistic care capabilities.
