Design of Remote Mud Logging Diagnosis System

摘要 随着油气开采要求的提升,录井作业为了适应这个变化,开发了远程录井诊断系统。远程诊断系统基于WITSML/XML标准进行数据结构设计,借鉴WITSML标准进行接口设计,采用TCP进行数据传输,使用Web和安卓进行信息发布,使该系统具有良好的扩展性、可靠性和易用性。远程录井诊断系统可以实现录井井场数据的远程全方位呈现,实现了仪器仪表工程师远程解决设备问题,减少钻井的非作业时间,降低成本;协助公司和甲方领导进行决策,指导录井工作施工,提高作业质量,降低风险。文末介绍了该系统还具有良好的扩展发展潜力。 With the increasing requirements in oil and gas production,a remote logging diagnostic system has been developed in order to adapt to this change in mud logging operations.The remote diagnosis system is based on WITSML/XML standard for data structure design,WITSML standard for interface design,TCP for data transmission,web and Android for information publishing,which makes the system has good scalability,reliability and ease of use.The remote logging diagnosis system can realize the remote presentation of logging wellsite data in all aspects,enabling instrumentation engineers to solve equipment problems remotely,reducing drilling non-operation time,and reducing costs;it can assist companies and relative experts in making decisions,guide the construction of mud logging work to improve the quality of operations and reduce risks.At the end of this paper,it is introduced that the system also has good potential for expansion and development.
