摘要
针对电缆测井作业过程中电磁干扰和电缆抖动对电缆测井深度系统的影响,本文介绍了采用增量式光电编码器的深度测量电路的工作原理,详细分析了电磁干扰和电缆抖动等因素带来深度测量误差的机理,并在此基础上提出了新的抗干扰电路设计,该设计已应用在国内外许多油田的电缆测井现场,在深度系统抗干扰和防电缆抖动方面取得了良好的应用效果。
For wireline logging operation in the process of electromagnetic interference and the influende of jitter on the depth of wireline logging cable system, this paper introduces the measurement by the depth of the incremental photoelectric encoder circuit working principle of electromagnetic interference is analyzed in detail and cable jitter factors such as the mechanism of depth measurement error, and on this basis puts forward a new anti-interference circuit design, the design has been apptied in many oilfields at home and abroad of wireline logging site, in terms of depth and the cable of interference jitter has obtained the good application effect.
