摘要
牛樟芝是我国珍贵的药用菌,具有多种药理作用,其中三萜类化合物作为其主要活性成分在人体保健方面发挥着重要作用。该文对近年来国内外牛樟芝三萜类化合物的提取工艺及其检测方法等相关研究进展进行综述,以期为牛樟芝的综合利用提供参考。
Antrodia camphorata is a precious medicinal fungus in China.It has a variety of pharmacological effects.Triterpenoids play an important role in human health as its main active ingredient.In this paper,the research progress in the extraction process and detection methods of triterpenoids from Antrodia camphorata in recent years was reviewed,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of Antrodia camphorata.
