基于dual-FFE序列的多参数调整在肝检查患者自由呼吸下肝脏扫描中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于dual-FFE序列的多参数调整在肝检查患者自由呼吸下肝脏扫描中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月至2019年10月于医院行肝检查的100例患者作为研究对象,应用原配有dual-FFE序列的飞利浦超导型磁共振成像仪,通过调整信号平均次数(NSA)、系列运动伪影还原技术(SMART)、并行采集技术(SENSE)3个参数,获得dual-FFE改良序列,对其中23例昏迷患者行dual-FFE原序列自由呼吸扫描和改良序列自由呼吸扫描,对另77例意识清楚患者行dual-FFE原序列屏气扫描、自由呼吸扫描及改良序列自由呼吸扫描,采集患者横断位图像,并评价图像质量。结果dual-FFE原序列自由呼吸扫描的图像有效率低于原序列屏气扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);dual-FFE改良序列自由呼吸扫描与原序列屏气扫描的图像有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);dual-FFE改良序列自由呼吸扫描下的同反相位,图运动伪影较原序列减少,信噪比和空间分辨力均提高。结论调整NSA、SMART、SENSE 3个参数可实现肝检查患者自由呼吸下的肝脏成像。 Objective To investigate the application value of multi-parameter adjustment of dual-FFE sequence in liver scan for liver inspection patients in free breathing.Methods A total of 100 patients who received liver inspection from December 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital were enrolled in this study.The modified dual-FFE sequence was obtained by adjusting three parameters of the original sequence of Philips Superconducting Magnetic Resonance Imager.The"three parameters"mentioned above were the number of signals averaged(NSA),the serial motion artifact reduction technique(SMART)and the parallel acquisition techniques(which was called"SENSE"in Philips system).Of all the cases,23 comatose patients were inspected in free breathing status by both the original dual-FFE sequence and the modified dual-FFE sequence.The other 77 consciously waking patients were inspected in breath-holding and free-breathing status by the original dual-FFE sequence and were also inspected in free breathing status by the modified dual-FFE sequence.The transverse images of the patients were acquired and the image quality was evaluated.Results The effective rate of images scanned by the original dual-FFE sequence in free breathing status was lower than those scanned in breath-holding status,and the difference was statically significant(P<0.05).When the effective rate of images scanned by the modified dual-FFE sequence in free breathing status was compared with that scanned by the original sequence in breath-holding status,the difference was not statically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the images of in phase/out of phase scanned by the original dual-FFE sequence in freebreathing status,the motion artifact was reduced and the signal to noise ratio&the spatial resolution were both improved in those images scanned by the modified dual-FFE sequence in free-breathing status.Conclusion The modification of the three parameters of NSA,SMART and SENSE could achieve the imaging of liver for liver inspection patients in free breathing.
