摘要
磁轴承具有与转子无物理接触、支承刚度可调等优点,在提高船舶旋转机械的运行转速和效率、实现减振降噪等方面展现了良好的应用前景。文中通过对磁轴承的发展概况进行梳理,分析磁轴承在船舶应用中的技术优势和挑战,进一步提炼和总结了船用磁轴承的关键技术,并详细介绍国内外应用现状。最后对船用磁轴承技术的发展方向进行展望。
Due to the advantages of noncontact mechanism and adjustable support stiffness, magnetic bearings show prospects in improving the operating speed and efficiency and reducing vibration and noise reduction for rotating machinery in ships. According to the development of magnetic bearings, this paper analyzed the technical advantages and challenges of marine magnetic bearings. Some key technologies of marine magnetic bearings were further refined and summarized, and the status of research and application at home and abroad was introduced in detail. Finally, the future development of marine magnetic bearings technology was forecasted.
