Mg含量对灯具冲压件用Al-Mg合金磨损性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Mg content on wear property of Al-Mg alloy used in stamping parts for lamp

摘要 通过常温下的摩擦磨损实验,研究了Mg含量对灯具外壳等配件设计中常用的Al-Mg合金磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随着Mg含量的增加,Al-Mg合金的摩擦系数μ、磨痕深度以及磨损体积均降低,这表明增加Mg含量能显著提高Al-Mg合金的耐磨性,有利于延长灯具产品的使用寿命。然后,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和超景深三维显微系统对磨损形貌进行表征以确定磨损机理,可知:当Mg含量为3%时,Al-Mg合金的磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损;Mg含量增加至5%和7%时,Al-Mg合金在摩擦磨损过程中的磨粒磨损和粘着磨损同时存在;当Mg含量为10%时,Al-Mg合金在摩擦磨损过程中的磨损机制以粘着磨损为主。 The effects of Mg content on the wear property of Al-Mg alloys commonly used in the design of lamp housing and other accessories were studied through the friction and wear tests at room temperature. The results show that the friction coefficient μ,wear depth and wear volume of Al-Mg alloy decrease with the increasing of Mg content,which show that the increasing of Mg content could lead to a significant improvement of the wear resistance for Al-Mg alloy to benefit to prolong the service life of lamp products. By combining the scanning electron microscopy( SEM) with superdepth three dimensional microscopic system,the wear morphology was characterized to determine the wear mechanism. The results show that when the Mg content is 3%,the wear mechanism of Al-Mg alloy is mainly abrasive wear.With the Mg content increasing to 5% and 7%,abrasive wear and adhesive wear coexist in the process of friction and wear for Al-Mg alloys. The wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear when the Mg content is 10% in the process of friction and wear for Al-Mg alloys.
