摘要
本文研究了具有高效率、低能耗特点的从氰化镀银漂洗水中回收银的RMDC(Rota-ting multi-disc-cathode)新型电解法.银浓度可从2.10g/L降到0.05g/L,此时,平均电流效率大于80%,回收每公斤银总能耗约为3kWh,回收银的纯度达99.99%,回收率大于97%.在回收银的同时,氰离子在阳极被破除.
A novel electrochemical method, rotating multi-disc cathodes electrolysis (RMDCE), with high efficiency and low energy consumption for recovering silver from rinse water of silver Cyanide electroplating has been studied both in laboratory Scale and short-run production.when the initial concentration of silver in the rinse water from 2.1g/l decreased to a concentration of 0.05mg/l, the average cathodic current efficiency is more than 80%, the recovering efficiency of silver is more than 97%, the average total eneergy consumption per kilogram silver recovered is about 3kWh and the purity of silver is more than 99.99%. At the same time, CN- is eliminated at the anode.
