摘要
黄炎培职业教育思想中关于实践教学的理念一直是国内职业教育界关注研究的对象。“导游实务”是导游管理专业中一门偏实践的主干课程,但目前在教学过程中存在与导游市场人才需求结合不够紧密、偏理论化、教学方法单一、教材内容陈旧等问题。将黄炎培“手脑并用”原则引入“导游实务”课程,确定教学目标,设计智慧教学过程,运用智慧教学方法实现全过程、多维度的智慧教学评价,进而培养出与时俱进的导游专业人才。
Huang Yan-pei’s practical teaching theory on vocational education has been one of the heated topics in educational research around China.As the main course for Tour Guide Management majors,Tour Guide Practice shows several problems in its teaching procedures,such as the overlook of the needs from the talent market,the over-theorized and singular teaching methods,and the teaching contents that left behind the time.Therefore,in order to develop the tour guide professionals for the time,specified teaching objectives are clarified in the paper according to the"Mind and Hand"principles,together with the intelligent teaching design,and intelligent teaching evaluation based on intelligent teaching methods,which shall be process-focused and multi-dimensional.
