摘要
交通运输作为旅游业的构成部分,对于区域旅游发展具有重要的基础性作用。全球新冠疫情暴发,旅游业遭受重创,传统客运行业的生存和发展也受到剧烈的冲击,探寻疫情防控常态化下旅游客运企业的发展路径具有重要意义。本文以旅游客运企业为研究对象,通过实地调研和问卷调查等方式,从旅游客运企业的长期趋势、疫情影响、经营困局等多个方面分析旅游客运行业的发展态势,并基于疫情常态化防控和智慧旅游未来发展趋势,提出企业智慧化升级的方向,以期为旅游传统行业疫情常态化下的经营与转型提供参考。
As an important basis for tourism,transportation plays fundamental role in the development of regional and local economy.In 2020,the tourism industry has been massively affected by the spread of coronavirus since 2020.The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the tourism industry,especially the tourist passenger transport industry,due to the travel restrictions and the decrease of tourism demand.Based on the sampling survey and interviews among the passenger transport companies,this paper analyzed the short-term impacts,difficulties and long-term trends of these companies.The paper was concluded by putting forward suggestion for intelligent transformation of these companies.
