基因芯片法对细菌性痢疾患者黏液脓血便病原菌检测阳性率的影响

摘要 目的分析基因芯片法对细菌性痢疾患者黏液脓血便病原菌检测阳性率的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年12月我院细菌性痢疾患者598例,均行常规培养法和基因芯片法检测,对比常规培养法和基因芯片法病原菌检测结果、阳性检出率、检测时间。结果本组598例细菌性痢疾患者采用常规培养法检测出阳性159例,其中沙门菌27例,痢疾杆菌132例;采用基因芯片法检测出阳性289例,其中沙门菌83例,痢疾杆菌206例。基因芯片法阳性检出率48.33%(289/598)较常规培养法26.59%(159/598)高(P<0.05);基因芯片法检测时间较常规培养法短(P<0.05)。结论基因芯片法应用于细菌性痢疾患者,可提高黏液脓血便病原菌阳性检出率,并能缩短检测时间,可替代常规培养法,辅助临床早期诊断治疗,可作为病原微生物临床快速诊断发展方向。 Objective To analyze the effect of gene chip method on the positive rate of mucous pus bloody stool pathogen detection in patients with bacterial dysentery.Methods A retrospective analysis of 598 patients with bacterial dysentery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 was performed by conventional culture method and gene chip method.Compared with conventional culture method and gene chip method,the results of pathogen detection,positive detection rate Detection time.Results The group of 598 patients with bacterial dysentery were detected in 159 positive cases by conventional culture method,including 27 cases of salmonella and 132 cases of dysentery bacillus;289 cases were detected by gene chip method,including 83 cases of salmonella and 206 cases of dysentery bacillus.The positive detection rate of gene chip method was 48.33%(289/598)higher than that of conventional culture method 26.59%(159/598)(P<0.05);the detection time of gene chip method was shorter than conventional culture method(P<0.05).Conclusion Gene chip method applied to patients with bacterial dysentery can increase the positive detection rate of mucous pus bloody stool pathogens,and can shorten the detection time.It can replace the conventional culture method,assist clinical early diagnosis and treatment,and can be used as the direction of rapid clinical diagnosis of pathogenic microorganisms.
