211例细菌性痢疾便标本细菌培养及药敏试验结果 被引量:3

摘要 为了解太原市1996年度细菌性痢疾的致病菌群及细菌对抗生素的用药情况,对本院199601~199612收治的761例腹泻患者的大便标本进行细菌培养及药物敏感试验。结果761例便标本细菌培养阳性为211例(培养阳性率为276%)。211例培养阳性的为志贺氏菌属,其中210例为福氏志贺氏菌属,1例为宋内氏志贺氏菌属。提示太原市96年度细菌性痢疾的主要致病菌为福氏志贺氏菌属。对培养阳性细菌做了11种抗生素的药物敏感试验。
