聚热污泥干燥系统性能研究

摘要 给水污泥、生活污水污泥及城市下水道污泥含水率高,富含微生物、病原体、寄生虫卵、氮、磷等物质,对其进行无害化处理及资源化利用已成为当前研究的热点与难点。针对污泥危害大与处理成本高的问题,本研究提出了一种基于太阳能的污泥热干燥方法,设计了一套碟式太阳能污泥干燥系统。基于太阳算法计算各时刻的太阳高度角和方位角,从而控制高度角和方位角调整机构运动,对太阳进行追踪;同时污泥干燥桶时刻处于聚光面的焦点位置。实验结果表明,在冬季系统能够得到300~400℃的高温,能够快速对污泥进行干燥,有效降低了污泥处理处置成本,为污泥处理处置提供了一种低碳环保的解决方案。 Water-containing sludge,domestic sewage sludge,and urban sewage sludge have high moisture content,and are rich in microorganisms,pathogens,parasite eggs,nitrogen,and phosphorus.The harmless treatment and resource utilization of such sludgehasbecome the current research hotspots and difficulties.This study put forward a method of sludge drying by solar energy and designed a dish of solar sludge drying system to reduce the large sludge hazards and high treatment costs.Based on the calculation algorithm of the solar altitude and azimuth angle,the movement of the altitude and azimuth angle adjustment mechanism is controlled to keep the sludge drying bucket always being at the focal position of the condensing surface.The experimental results show that the high temperature of 300-400℃can be obtained bythe systemin winter.Therefore,the sludge can be driedquickly.The system effectively reduces the cost and provides a low-carbon environmental protection solution for sludge treatment and disposal.
