摘要
基于坐标转换,建立了多碟式太阳能聚集器的光路传输物理模型。采用蒙特卡洛射线踪迹法(MCRTM)对其太阳能聚集特性进行模拟分析。考虑了表面光学误差、跟踪误差以及结构尺寸等因素对吸热器太阳能热流分布的影响。计算结果表明,该多碟聚集器的有效聚光面积为11.317m2,焦平面中心区域的最大聚光比接近7000,吸热器尺寸对其热流分布有重要影响。所得结论有助于认识多碟聚集器的太阳能聚集性能。
The physical and structure model of multi-dish solar concentrator was set up by employing coordinate transformation. The solar concentrating characteristics of multi-dish are calculated and analyzed using Monte-Carlo ray tracing method (MCRT). The concentrating solar thermal flux distributions of both focal plane and absorber are presented under the condition of taking account of optical error, tracing error and structure size of the receiver. The results showed that the effective area of multi-dish for collecting solar radiation energy is about 11. 317m2, and the solar concentrating ratio in the centre of the focal plane is close to 7000. The concentrated solar flux distributions of the receiver depending on its structure size are also proposed. The conclusions are valuable for realizing the solar concentrating performance of the multi-dish solar collector.
